It was thought Micros Fidelio’s Opera PMS solution was to large for the property, designed more for a larges hotel. The hotel looked at Guestlines Reslynx hosted PMS it was a very interesting system with many promising features and intuitive functionality.

We  then looked at Micros Fidelio’s second solution ‘Suite 8′, not really know in the UK but used heavily in the rest of Europe. Our initial thoughts concentrated on the lack of existing users in the UK but having had the system demonstrates to us these were quickly satisfied.
